This page documents the various procedures specific to the QNAP TS-209 known as ts209 within the foonas distributions.

ARM based QNAP devices are supplied with an EABI 2.6 linux kernel and operating system by foonas.org.

Serial port required for boot loader configuration.

Currently there are issues with the XFS file system. You should backup your data and use a different file system instead.

The kernel in development for this platform may perform slower for NAS usage than the stock one.
